Give Your Teen Tools They Can Actually Use

Teens are often told to “communicate better,” “set boundaries,” or “choose good friends.” But they are not always shown how.

Speak Up, Stay Connected gives teens practical strategies for navigating friendships, difficult conversations, and everyday relationships with more confidence and self-respect.

Through short lessons, guided practices, and reflection activities, teens learn how to express what they need, listen to others, and remain calmer when conversations become difficult.
